ProMow Operator Guide

Everything you need to set up and run your mowing business in ProMow — from creating your account to understanding your analytics.

Free to start AU & NZ
Web and mobile ProMow works across both web and mobile. The web app at app.promow.app is best for initial setup and management — business details, terms, importing clients, and analytics. The mobile app is your field tool — your daily run, geofencing, and completing jobs on the go. Job completion and invoicing are also available in the web app from the Schedule and Invoices pages.
Getting the most out of ProMow

Features worth knowing about

If you're already set up and running, here's what makes ProMow actually useful — the features that save real time and tell you where your money is going.

📊

Round Health

Set your target hourly rate and ProMow flags every client that isn't hitting it — green, yellow, or red. Most operators find two or three jobs they've had for years that are quietly costing them margin. Round Health finds them in seconds.

⏱️

Geofencing job timer

Turn it on and forget about it. ProMow detects when you arrive and leave each property and logs the time automatically. That data feeds your Revenue per Hour analytics — so you know your real earnings, not just what you invoiced.

💳

Stripe payments

Connect your bank account once and clients can pay directly from their portal. Paid invoices reconcile automatically. You only need to follow up the ones who haven't paid — everything else takes care of itself.

🔗

Client portal

Every client gets a private portal — no app to download, just a link. They can see their upcoming visits, request reschedules, pause service, and pay invoices. Cuts down the "when are you coming?" texts significantly.

🗺️

Satellite map quoting

Draw the lawn boundary on a satellite image of the property and get an instant price based on actual area. The client receives a professional quote by email in under two minutes. No measuring, no guessing, no back-and-forth.

🏪

Marketplace

Browse mowing rounds listed for sale by other operators, filtered by suburb with a map view so you can see what's near your existing jobs. Or list clients you can no longer service and find them a good home.

📅

Scheduling intelligence

ProMow tracks when each client is next due based on their frequency, builds your week automatically, and sends clients an email when you confirm the plan. Start your day knowing exactly who you're seeing and in what order.

Section 1

Creating your account

You can sign up directly in the mobile app or at app.promow.app on the web. Both use the same account — use whichever is more convenient.

Sign up on the web

1
Go to app.promow.app/signup in any browser.
2
Fill in the form: business name, your name, email, confirm email, phone number (required), password, and your start address (optional — this is where your day starts and is used for scheduling. Worth filling in now).
3
Tap Create Account. You're logged in immediately — no email verification needed at this stage.

Sign up in the mobile app

1
Download ProMow from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
2
Open the app and tap Create Account. Complete the same sign-up form.
3
After signing up in the app, you'll see a Verify your email address banner on the Today screen with a resend button. Tap the link in the email to verify. This unlocks all features.
TipIf you sign up on the web first, download the app and log in with the same email and password. Everything syncs automatically.
Section 2

Setting up your profile

Your profile is the foundation of ProMow. Your business name, logo, and contact details appear on every quote and invoice. Get this right before you do anything else.

Business details

Navigate to More → My Profile.

1
Business name — your trading name, shown on all quotes, invoices, and the client portal.
2
Your name — shown on your operator card in the client portal.
3
Phone and email — shown on your quotes and invoices.
4
ABN — optional, but appears on invoices and is needed for GST.
5
Logo — upload a PNG or JPG. Appears on quotes and invoices. Worth adding.
6
Start address — where your day starts. Used to optimise the order of your schedule. If you see an amber alert on the Schedule screen, this field is what needs filling in.
7
Working days and Max daily hours — used by the schedule when distributing jobs across your week.
8
Invoice due (days) and Payment instructions — appear on every invoice you send.
9
Registered for GST? — turn this on if you're registered for GST. It affects how Xero syncs your invoices. Off by default.
10
Card fees — card surcharges aren't allowed in Australia from 1 October 2026, so ProMow doesn't add a card fee to your quotes or invoices. Stripe's processing fee comes out of your payout; if you want to cover it, build it into the price you quote. (New Zealand operators still have the Add card fee to quotes by default switch here.) See the Stripe section below for the fee breakdown.
11
Acreage rate ($ per acre) — set this if you ever quote large rural properties. Defaults to $150. The quote screen uses this rate automatically when the drawn area exceeds 4,000m².

Target Hourly Rate — what it actually does

In More → My Profile, find the Target Hourly Rate ($) field.

This is not what prices your quotes. Lawn quote prices come from the measured lawn area through ProMow's built-in pricing model — a set of area-based bands adjusted for ride-on mowing, green waste, trimming, and travel.

Your target hourly rate is what Round Health measures each client against. When ProMow calculates that a job took 45 minutes and you charged $50, it can tell you whether that works out at your target rate — and flag the ones that don't. So set it to what you genuinely want to earn per hour. It influences the trimming component of your quotes, and is what Round Health measures each client against. When geofencing is enabled, ProMow uses your actual job times automatically.

Terms & Conditions

Navigate to More → My Terms & Conditions.

Once your T&Cs are saved, clients cannot accept a quote without agreeing to them. There's no toggle to set — it's automatic. The client-facing quote page shows a checkbox that must be ticked before Accept is enabled.

The eight settings available:

SettingWhat it controls
Reschedule surchargePercentage charged when a client reschedules past their notice window. Choose 10/15/20/25% or custom.
Payment due (days)7, 14, or 30 days. Appears on invoices.
Cancellation noticeHow much notice a client must give to cancel. 24, 48, or 72 hours.
Late payment recoveryWhat you charge for overdue invoices.
Property access feeA charge when you can't access the property. Set the amount here.
Weather cancellationYour policy on cancellations for weather.
Photos for recordsWhether you photograph completed work.
Termination noticeHow much notice you require to end a service. 1, 2, or 4 weeks.
Preview T&CsTap Preview T&Cs to see the plain-English version your clients will read before they accept a quote. Worth checking before you send your first one.

Connecting your bank account (Stripe)

Navigate to More → Connect Bank Account. (Stripe is the payment processor behind this — you won't see the Stripe name in the menu.)

Benefits

  • Clients pay directly from their portal — no bank details to chase
  • Paid invoices are automatically reconciled in More → Payments
  • You only need to follow up clients who haven't paid

Considerations

  • Transaction fees apply (see breakdown below)
  • Cash and bank transfer have no fees
  • Takes 5–10 minutes to set up
Fee breakdownWhen a client pays by card, two fees come out of your payout: Stripe's processing fee (1.75% + 30c) and ProMow's 0.3% platform fee. The client pays exactly the price on the invoice — in Australia card surcharges aren't allowed from 1 October 2026, so the fee can't be added on top. If you want to cover it, build it into the price you quote. Cash and bank transfer carry no fees at all. (New Zealand operators can still pass the card fee on; the client then pays a 3.75% gross-up and ProMow's fee is 2%.)
Section 3

Adding your first client

You can add clients one at a time, or import your entire existing list in bulk. If you already have a list of clients somewhere, Section 4 is faster — import them all at once rather than adding them one by one.

Adding a client manually

Navigate to More → Clients, then tap Add Client. You can also tap Add Client directly from the Schedule screen.

1
Name — their full name as it should appear on invoices (e.g. Sarah Mitchell). This is a single field.
2
Address — full address including street number, suburb, and postcode. Required. ProMow uses it to show the property on the satellite map, route your schedule, and calculate drive times.
3
Price — what you charge per visit. Required. Without this, the client can't be scheduled.
4
Time (min) — your estimate of how long the job takes, in minutes. Default is 45. This is the number Round Health uses to calculate your effective hourly rate for this client. Set it accurately.
5
Frequency — choose from 1 to 12 weeks, Monthly (a calendar month — 12 visits per year, not the same as 4-weekly which is 13), or One-Off. There is no "service type" field separate from this.
6
Email — optional but needed if you want to send them quotes, invoices, and a client portal invite.
7
Phone — optional, for your own records.
8
Tap Save. The client is added. They'll be picked up the next time you plan your week in the Schedule tab.
Monthly vs 4-weeklyMonthly means 12 visits per year on calendar dates. Every 4 weeks means 13 visits per year. For clients who pay a set amount per month, choose Monthly. For clients who book "every four weeks", choose 4 weeks. They're not interchangeable.
Address is requiredAlways include suburb and postcode. An incomplete address won't map correctly, which breaks satellite quoting, routing, and schedule clustering.
Section 4

Importing your full client list

If you already have clients in a spreadsheet or written in a notebook, you can bring them all into ProMow at once. The import tool is at app.promow.app/import — best on a laptop or tablet. From the mobile app, go to More → Import Clients.

Getting started — download the template first

If your list isn't already in a spreadsheet, download the ProMow client list template from the import page. It has the headers the importer already recognises, which means less mapping work on your end. Fill it in and import it.

Importing from a spreadsheet

Accepted formats: CSV, .xlsx, .xls, .ods, and .numbers. If your list is in Google Sheets, export it as CSV first (File → Download → CSV).

1
Go to app.promow.app/import on your laptop or tablet.
2
Drag your spreadsheet file into the upload area. The importer reads your columns and maps them automatically. Loosely matched columns are flagged in amber.
3
Check the column mapping. If anything is wrong, drag the column chip onto the correct field (or use the dropdown alternative on touch devices).
4
Make sure to map your Last Mowed or last service date column if you have one. Without it, clients will be imported but won't appear in the schedule — the scheduler needs to know when they were last serviced to know when they're next due.
5
Review your clients. Every row starts unticked. Check details, edit anything that looks wrong, and tick only the clients you want to import.
6
Tap Import N clients (the button counts what you've ticked). Your selected clients are imported.
7
If something went wrong, tap Undo import on the same page. A confirmation dialog appears. Don't leave the page — the undo option disappears when you navigate away.
TipMake sure suburb and postcode are in your spreadsheet before importing. Incomplete addresses won't map correctly.

Importing from a photo

If your list is on the laptop already (a photo you've taken, or a scanned image), drag it straight onto the import page — no phone needed. If the photo is still on your phone, use the QR code method below.

1
On the import page, tap 📷 Photo of written notes. A QR code appears on screen.
2
Scan the QR code with your phone. It opens a ProMow capture page in your phone's browser — not the camera app directly.
3
Take a photo of your handwritten notes. The AI reads it and sends the results back to your laptop. Within a few seconds, your clients appear on screen ready to review.
4
Review, tick, and import as normal.
15-minute sessionThe QR code expires after 15 minutes. If you see "Session expired", tap the button again to generate a new one.
TipGood lighting and a flat surface make a big difference to accuracy. Daylight is best.
Section 5

Understanding the schedule

The schedule is where your whole week lives. ProMow tracks when each client is next due and lets you plan, adjust, and confirm your week. The Today screen is your working view when you're out in the field.

How frequency works

Every client has a frequency set on their record. ProMow tracks their last service date and calculates when they're next due. Clients appear in the schedule for the week they fall due. When you complete a job, their next visit is scheduled automatically.

TipIf a client doesn't follow a fixed schedule, use the Next Service Date field on their client card to manually set when they're due. They'll appear in the right week automatically.

The Schedule tab — planning your week

1
Open the Schedule tab. Jobs are organised by day across the current week. Use the arrows to move between weeks.
2
Jobs are arranged as you've placed them. You can reorder by dragging. ProMow uses Google Maps routing to optimise the order of your day. Tap Navigate on any job to open turn-by-turn directions.
3
To move a job, tap it to open the Move Job sheet. Choose Move to Day to pick a specific day, or Move to Next Week's Pool to push it to next week. You can also Reassign it if you have team members.
4
To add a client to the schedule, tap the Add Client button.
5
When you're happy with the week, tap Confirm Schedule. This locks the plan in and creates the jobs. It does not send any messages to clients.
6
To notify clients of their scheduled day, tap the separate ✉️ Notify Clients button. This sends an email to all clients who have an email address and haven't been notified yet. Confirming the schedule and notifying clients are two separate actions.
ImportantConfirming your schedule does not notify your clients. You must tap Notify Clients separately if you want them to receive an email about their day.
Print run sheetIn the web app (app.promow.app), you can print a run sheet of your day — useful if you have staff who prefer a physical list.

The Today screen

1
Open the Today tab. Your jobs for today are listed in the order they sit in your plan.
2
Tap Start Day to send your clients their morning ETA (if automated messages are enabled).
3
Tap a job to see the client details, address, price, and notes.
4
Tap Navigate to open the address in Google Maps.
5
When the job is done, tap Complete. See Section 7 for what happens next.
6
Completed jobs move to the Done Today section at the bottom. The stats at the top — Total, Remaining, Invoiced — update automatically.
Overdue jobsIf any clients haven't been serviced by their due date, a persistent amber banner appears at the top of the Today screen. It stays until those jobs are completed — it won't go away just by dismissing it.
Section 6

Quoting a job

ProMow quotes lawn jobs by measuring the area on a satellite map and calculating a price from ProMow's built-in pricing model. The satellite map step is the hero feature — it means no more guessing or measuring by eye.

Sending a lawn quote — the six steps

Tap the Quote tab, then Lawn Quote.

1
Property & Job Details — enter the property address. The satellite image loads.
2
Obstacles — count the things you'll have to mow around: garden beds, trees, letterboxes. You're counting them, not drawing around them. Each obstacle type adds perimeter-based trimming time to the quote — which increases the price to reflect the real effort involved.
3
Services — confirm what's included: mowing, whipper snipping, blow down. This section appears on the client-facing quote so they can see exactly what they're getting.
4
Price — the price calculates from the measured lawn area using ProMow's built-in pricing model. Use the slider to adjust for your local market — the built-in model is a starting point. Use the price adjustment slider to nudge it up or down. The slider starts at 0% — no adjustment. Move it up or down to match your market. You can override it freely.
5
Who is this for? — select an existing client, add a new one, or create a second property for someone already on your books. You pick the client at the end — which means you can quote a stranger's property before you even know their name.
6
Review & Send — check the quote summary and tap Send Quote. The client receives a professional email with a satellite image of their property, the price, what's included, and your T&Cs.

After the client accepts

When a client accepts a quote, it appears in More → Quote History with a status of "Client accepted". You'll see a 📅 Add to Schedule button. Tap it. You choose their start date and frequency, and only then does the client get a scheduled first job. Acceptance alone does not create a scheduled job automatically.

Action requiredAccepted quotes don't schedule themselves. Check Quote History after sending a quote and follow up with Add to Schedule when a client accepts.

Acreage quoting

When the drawn area exceeds 4,000m², ProMow asks: "This looks like an acreage job. Would you like to quote per acre instead?" Tap Yes and the price recalculates using your Acreage Rate from your profile (default $150/acre). Make sure you've set your acreage rate in More → My Profile before you quote large properties.

Service quotes

For non-mowing jobs — hedge trimming, garden cleanups, gutter cleaning — use the Service Quote tab. The six steps are: Who is this for → What is the service → How often (service quotes can recur) → Price → When → Review & Send.

Quote History

Every quote you send is saved in More → Quote History in the app, or at the Quotes section of the web app. Status shows sent, accepted, or declined. If a client declines, you get a push notification with their reason.

Section 7

Completing a job

When you finish a job, ProMow handles the invoice or receipt. You choose how the job is being paid, and the rest happens automatically. Job completion is available on both the mobile app (Today screen) and the web app (Schedule page at app.promow.app).

Automatic job timer (geofencing)

Enable in More → Job Time Tracking. Once on, ProMow uses your location to automatically start a timer when you arrive at a client's property and stop it when you leave. No buttons.

Timer data feeds into the web app's Job Duration Accuracy and Revenue per Hour analytics, and improves how the schedule estimates your day. When geofencing is enabled, actual job duration is used by Round Health instead of your estimated time.

Marking a job complete

1
On the Today screen, tap the job.
2
Tap Complete. The prompt "How is this job being paid?" appears with three options.

Cash

You'll then be asked "Has the client already paid?" — Not yet or Yes, paid. Either way, if they have an email address, a receipt is sent automatically. The job moves to Done Today.

Invoice client

ProMow generates a detailed invoice and sends it to the client by email immediately. They can pay online if you have Stripe connected.

Mark complete — no invoice

Use this for warranty visits, goodwill jobs, or if you manage invoicing through a separate system. No invoice or receipt is sent.

Invoicing offIf you bill clients entirely through another system (MYOB, QuickBooks etc), you can turn invoicing off in your settings entirely. Completing a job will then jump straight to "Mark complete — no invoice" without asking.

Adding an extra charge at completion

During the completion flow, tap Extra Charge. Enter the amount and a description — "Branch removal", "Skip bin hire", etc. It appears as a named line item on the invoice.

Undoing a completed job

Completed jobs sit in the Done Today section until midnight. If you made an error, tap the Done Today card and select Undo. This: cancels the invoice if one was raised, removes the next scheduled visit, deletes the completed job record, and rewinds the client's service dates. The client is emailed only if the invoice carried their email address. The undo option disappears when midnight passes.

Section 8

The client portal

The client portal is a private web page for each of your clients — no app download required on their end.

How clients get their portal

1
Automatically, when they accept a quote — a portal link is emailed to them automatically. No action needed on your end.
2
Manually, from their client card — for clients added by import or manually, go to their card and tap Send Portal Invite. An email with their portal link goes out immediately.
Lost portal linkIf a client loses their link, resend the invite from their client card — the same link goes out again. The portal code is permanent so the original link still works. Clients cannot request it themselves.

What clients can see and do

Next mow date

Shown front and centre. Clients can confirm, push back, or request to bring it forward.

Invoices & payments

All invoices visible. If you have Stripe connected, clients can pay outstanding invoices directly from the portal.

Messaging

Clients message you from the portal. You receive it in the Messages tab in your app.

Reschedule requests

Clients can request to move their visit. You get a push notification. The request card shows the reschedule fee (if any) before you accept or decline.

Pause service

Clients can pause for a set number of weeks, indefinitely, or cancel entirely. You're notified immediately.

Push notifications

If they add the portal to their home screen, clients receive push notifications for messages, ETAs, and job completions.

Pause surchargeWhen a paused client resumes, a surcharge applies based on how many visits were missed — starting at ×1.1 for just over one missed cycle, up to ×2.5 past four. This is set by your T&Cs and applied automatically.
Reschedule surchargeThe reschedule surcharge from your T&Cs only applies when the client's requested date falls outside your notice window. The exact fee is shown on the request card so you can see it before accepting.

Automated client messages

To enable automated messages, go to More → Notifications and turn them on. Your clients also need their own notifications turned on in the portal. Both sides must be on for a message to send.

MessageTriggered by
Week scheduledTapping the ✉️ Notify Clients button in the Schedule tab
Morning ETATapping Start Day on the Today screen — sends to all clients scheduled that day
On my wayOffered as a prompt after you complete a job — sends to the next client on your list
Job completeSent automatically when you mark a job complete — includes next mow date
Section 9

Invoicing and payments

ProMow invoices are detailed and go out automatically at job completion. Here's how to manage them.

Finding your invoices

In the mobile app: More → Payments — shows Paid, Unpaid and Overdue totals with the full invoice list beneath. In the web app: the Invoices page in the sidebar.

Marking an invoice paid

If a client pays by cash or bank transfer, open the invoice and tap 💰 Paid. You'll also see 📨 Remind — use this to chase overdue invoices. If a client pays via Stripe through their portal, the invoice is automatically marked as paid — you don't need to do anything.

Itemised invoices and extras

Every invoice shows a line-by-line breakdown. Recurring services are listed separately from one-off extras. This distinction controls what gets charged on future visits, though it's currently shown to you as the operator — the client-facing invoice view is being updated to reflect it as well.

Xero integration

Navigate to More → Connect Xero.

1
Log in with your Xero credentials and authorise the connection.
2
Make sure Registered for GST? is set correctly in your profile — Xero sync uses this to apply GST. It's off by default.
3
When you're ready to sync, tap Sync Now. Sync is manual — invoices don't push to Xero automatically. Contacts are created in Xero during a sync, not when an invoice is sent.
BAS time tipTap Sync Now before sending your records to your accountant. Everything ends up in Xero correctly categorised, ready to go.
Section 10

Setting up your team

If you have employees or contractors, you can add them to ProMow. They see their jobs on their own device, and you stay in control of what they can access.

Inviting a team member

Navigate to More → Manage Team.

1
Tap Add Team Member. Enter their email address.
2
Set their permissions (see below), then tap Send Invite.
3
After you tap Send Invite, ProMow generates a 6-digit PIN. You'll see it on screen — write it down and pass it to your team member directly. They download ProMow, tap Join a Team, and enter their email address, the PIN you gave them, and a password they choose. The PIN expires after 30 days.

Team member permissions

You set five permissions per team member when you invite them:

PermissionWhat it allows
TodayAlways on. They can see and complete their assigned jobs.
ScheduleAlways on. They can see the weekly plan.
QuoteOptional. They can send quotes.
Clients (read-only)Optional. They can view client details.
View job pricingOptional. Flagged "Not recommended" in the app. Off by default.
MessagesCan send and receive messages with clients. Off by default. Independent of Clients access.

How it works in practice

You assign jobs from the Schedule tab using the Assign To option. Jobs are grouped in the schedule under the person they're assigned to, with a Reassign option. When a team member completes a job, it goes into pending review — you'll see a Review & Invoice button on that job in your Today screen. You approve it and the invoice goes out.

Troubleshooting — Teams

My team member doesn't appear in the Assign To dropdown

They haven't accepted the invite yet. When you send an invite, a 6-digit PIN is shown on screen — your team member needs to download ProMow, tap Join a Team, and enter that PIN. Until they do, they won't appear in job assignment. Check More → Manage Team — if their status shows "Invited" they haven't joined yet.

My team member's name isn't showing in the job assignment dropdown

They need a name set. Go to More → Manage Team, tap the team member, and add their name. A team member without a name won't appear correctly in the Assign To list.

I changed their permissions but they still see the old view

Permission changes take effect when the team member closes and reopens the app — no sign out needed. If it's still not updating after that, ask them to fully close the app (swipe it away) and reopen it.

I can't re-invite someone after removing them

If you removed a team member and want to re-invite the same email, this should now work automatically. If you're still getting an error, contact hello@promow.app and we'll sort it manually.

My team member sees a blank account when they sign back in

This was a bug fixed in v1.7.2. Make sure your team member has updated to the latest version of ProMow.

My team member can see client pricing even though I turned it off

Make sure both Clients (read only) and View job pricing are turned off in More → Manage Team. Turning off just one may still show some information. Permission changes take effect when the team member reopens the app.

How do I remove a team member?

Go to More → Manage Team, tap the team member, then tap Remove. This immediately revokes their access and they will be signed out on their next app open.

Section 11

Marketplace

The Marketplace is where ProMow operators can buy and sell mowing rounds with each other.

Browsing listings

In the web app at app.promow.app, go to the Marketplace section. Browse listings by suburb, or view them on a map. Tap any listing to see the details, asking price, and how to contact the seller.

Creating a listing

1
Go to Marketplace and tap Create listing.
2
Select which clients to include.
3
Set your asking price (or leave blank for Negotiable), reason for selling, and contact method.
4
Publish. The listing is visible to other ProMow operators.
ImportantCreating a listing does not transfer anything. Client records only move when a sale is agreed and completed in the mobile app. Confirm all details with the buyer before transferring.
Section 12

Analytics

ProMow has two separate places for analytics: Round Health in the mobile app, and a full analytics dashboard in the web app at app.promow.app.

Round Health (mobile app)

Navigate to More → Round Health in the mobile app.

For every client, ProMow divides their job price by the estimated job time on their client card to get an effective hourly rate. When the geofencing timer is enabled, ProMow uses your actual recorded job time instead of the estimate. Clients are then scored:

ScoreWhat it meansEffective rate
Well Priced (green)You're making good money on this oneAt or above your target hourly rate
Review (yellow)Worth looking at the price or time estimateWithin 10% below your target hourly rate
Underpriced (red)This job is costing you time and marginMore than 10% below your target hourly rate

The screen shows your exact thresholds based on your target rate — for example, at $120/hr, Well Priced means $120 or above and Review means $108–$119.

Set your target rate firstSet your target hourly rate in More → My Profile. Round Health scores are meaningless until you do.
TipThe most common reason a Round Health score looks wrong is an inaccurate Time (min) on the client card. If a job actually takes 60 minutes but the card says 30, the score will always look better than it is. The geofencing job timer (Section 7) helps you calibrate these over time.

Most operators who use Round Health find two or three clients they've had for years who are chronically underpriced. Fixing those jobs is often the fastest way to increase weekly income without taking on more work.

Analytics dashboard (web app)

Available at app.promow.app. The dashboard has seven sections:

SectionWhat it shows
RevenueMonthly invoiced and collected revenue over the last 12 months.
Revenue per hourYour effective hourly earnings across your round — the number that matters more than total revenue.
Client healthActive clients, clients not recently serviced, and clients who have drifted from their schedule.
Pricing accuracyWhether your quoted prices hold up once the work is invoiced, and how far you tend to adjust ProMow's recommendation.
Job duration accuracyHow your estimated job times compare to actual times from the geofencing timer. Helps you calibrate client time estimates.
Quote conversionWhat percentage of quotes you send are being accepted.
Geographic spreadA map showing where your jobs are concentrated — useful for spotting routing inefficiencies.

Export your data

Export your data from the web app at app.promow.app via Settings → Export data. Downloads your client and invoice records. If you ever want to move to another system, your data comes with you.

Getting helpIf you'd like a hand getting set up, reply to any ProMow email or reach out at hello@promow.app.
