📋 Import Tips — Get the most from ProMow

• Address — street number and name only (e.g. 15 Smith St). Do not include suburb or postcode here.
• Suburb — suburb name only (e.g. Ringwood). No state or postcode.
• Postcode — 4-digit postcode (e.g. 3134). Used for accurate map positioning and route optimisation.
• Phone — include the leading zero (e.g. 0412 345 678). Formatting is cleaned automatically.
• Price — your regular cut price as a number only (e.g. 70). No $ sign.
• Frequency — must be exactly: Weekly, Fortnightly, 3-Weekly, 4-Weekly, Monthly, or One-Off.
• Time (timeMin) — estimated minutes to complete the job (e.g. 45).
• Last Mowed (lastMowed) — date in DD/MM/YYYY format (e.g. 15/05/2026). This automatically populates your schedule.

The more complete your data, the smarter your schedule optimisation will be from day one.
