- Logo and branding assets you upload
- Client names, contact details, and property addresses you enter into the app

- App usage data and interaction logs
- Location data (only if you enable map or route features)
- Crash reports and performance diagnostics
As a ProMow operator, you may enter personal information about your own clients (such as names, addresses, and contact details). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and store this information under applicable privacy laws, and that your clients are aware their information is being managed digitally.
We use the personal information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the ProMow application and its features
- Enable scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and round management functionality
- Improve and develop the app based on usage patterns
- Send service-related communications (such as account notices or updates)
- Administer the ProMow Marketplace, including eligibility assessment
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your personal information for unsolicited marketing without your consent.
ProMow operates a job marketplace that allows operators to list and acquire lawn mowing jobs. To maintain the quality and integrity of the marketplace, ProMow administrators may review operator account data — including job history, completion rates, and payment records — to assess marketplace eligibility.
This review is conducted solely for the purpose of operating the marketplace and will not be disclosed to third parties. By using the ProMow Marketplace, you consent to this internal review of your account data.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, a cloud infrastructure service provided by Google LLC. Firebase servers may be located outside Australia, including in the United States. By using ProMow, you consent to your data being transferred to and stored on Firebase servers.
Google Firebase complies with internationally recognised security standards. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose your information only in the following circumstances:
- To third-party service providers who assist us in operating the app (such as Firebase/Google), under strict confidentiality obligations
- If required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of ProMow, our users, or the public
- With your explicit consent
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Complain about how we have handled your personal information

ProMow allows operators to send invoices, quotes, and reminders to their clients via SMS and email. These communications are sent on behalf of the operator. ProMow facilitates this functionality but is not responsible for the content of messages sent by operators to their clients.
Operators must ensure they have appropriate consent from their clients before sending communications via ProMow, in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth).
ProMow is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of ProMow after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
